Angela Yeung Appointed International Advisor by South Korea
Angela Yeung is once again being honored with the appointment to serve as an international advisor of Chungcheongbuk-do by the Chungcheongbuk-do Government of South Korea, recognizing and honoring her ongoing role in observing the contributions of South Korea to the beauty and skincare industry.
After becoming the first Chinese woman to be appointed an honorary ambassador by the Chungcheongbuk-do Government ten years ago, this is another prestigious, honorable appointment for her to carry on the mission towards international development.
The ceremony was held in the Ballroom of Cheongnamdae, which had been a presidential resort in the past and has been open to visitors since April of 2003. In the ceremony, the governor of Chungcheongbuk-do, Mr. Kim young-hwan, presented the certificate of appointment to Mei-yi Yeung. Ms. Yeung expressed her feelings of honor and excitement on becoming the first Chinese woman to have been awarded with the appointment and stated that she will undertake the responsibility and further embark on promoting cooperation and collaboration between Korea and Hong Kong, as well as internationally.
